ABDOMINAL BOUNCE EXERCISE FOR THE REBOUNDER / MINI-TRAMPOLINE

Sit on your
rebounder / mini-trampoline , lean back, and put your hands behind you on the frame. Stretch as far as you can. This is an excellent
warm-up routine to do while you are
watching television.
Sit in the middle of the rebounder / mini-trampoline,
lean back and lift your legs until you are sitting in a "V"
position. Begin bouncing by moving your arms forward and up and then
back down. By reversing the motion of your arms from up to down you
will develop the bouncing movement. This exercise can be difficult
at first, so keep on trying until it becomes a muscle memory.
For an advanced exercise, try
bicycling your legs as you bounce.
