Strength training is an unbeatable
way to firm up, slim down, build bones and boost metabolism. Each
time you jog, bounce, or run on your rebounder, or mini-trampoline, while holding or
wearing soft weights you are working against gravity. Weights
combined with gravity act as resistance to shape and tone your
body. There are an infinite variety of exercise variations such as
body building drills, dance routines, and stretching exercises which
can easily be performed with light weights while jumping or jogging
on your rebounder. Jumping jacks are a perfect example of some of
the moves that you will find come instinctively to you are you gain
in strength and energy.
The Strength
Bounce is done by actually jumping on the rebounder or mini trampoline so that your feet leave the mat.
Begin by performing the
Health Bounce
for 2-3 minutes as a warm-up exercise, then progress to jumping
higher off of the mat, increasing the G-force on each cell.
